Fenwick Arms
THE FENWICK ARMS
The sitcom that never ends. Written live by AI. Directed by you.
The show just keeps going forever. Everyone who tunes in watches the same broadcast at the same moment, and one viewer at a time gets the Director's Chair to decide what happens next.
MEET THE TENANTS
The Fenwick Arms is a cheap, creaky apartment building in a rainy city, and nothing in it works quite right.
- Gerald, an anxious insurance adjuster who has a binder for everything
- Dot, his roommate, who jumps in headfirst and tinkers with gadgets made from alley junk
- Rosa, across the hall, who starts a new business out of her apartment every week
- Mr. Fenwick, the landlord, who lives next to the boiler and would rather hide a problem than fix it
- Biscuit, the building cat, who seems to know more than everyone else
TAKE THE DIRECTOR'S CHAIR
1. Get in line. Type your name and start planning your twist while you wait.
2. Plan it. Pick where it happens, who is in it, and type what happens.
3. Roll camera. Your twist airs in the very next scene with your name on screen.
Your twist stays secret until it airs, so it surprises everyone else too. Every viewer who directs a twist gets their name in the end credits.
THE SHOW REMEMBERS
- New characters join the cast for good and can come back in later stories.
- Send the gang somewhere new, like a bowling alley or the beach, and the place gets built and saved.
- Fix the flickering hallway light, and it stays fixed.
LIVE AND RERUNS
The writers have a daily budget. When it runs out, the channel plays classic episodes until the next day. Look for the LIVE or RERUN badge on screen.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Turn your sound on. Everyone talks in their own voice, and the Laughs knob turns the studio audience on or off.
- Best on a computer. Use the fullscreen button for the full TV.
- Kept PG. Every twist is checked before it airs, and ideas that don't fit get turned into a version that does.
- No account needed.
The stories and dialogue are written live by AI. Everything you see is drawn in code and every sound is made in code.

The hallway light staying fixed is such a good example of story memory 😂 A tiny change you can actually point to. One thing I'd love to see in the description: can a later director deliberately undo someone else's change, or does the show protect those bits of continuity?
There are guardrails to maintain the personalities of the characters and basics of the story, but it can be altered permanently in some cases.
Ahh, gotcha—room to leave a mark without turning the whole cast into different people overnight 😅 A before/after example of one permanent change would make that really easy to grasp on the page. Thanks for clearing it up!
