Welcome to Alien Customer Support, the galaxy’s least prepared interstellar technical support center.

An alien customer has contacted your office with a serious problem. Unfortunately, nobody speaks the same language, the repair manuals are badly organized, and the damaged spaceship is several planets away.

Every player controls a different part of the support process.

The Support Agent speaks directly with the alien, keeps the customer calm, and relays information between the team.

The Xenolinguist decodes alien transmissions, determines what the customer is trying to say, and gives the Support Agent the correct response.

The Manual Specialist searches technical archives, interprets diagnostic information, and sends repair instructions to Engineering.

The Repair Engineer operates the alien ship remotely, performs each repair in the correct order, and reports completed work back to the team.

No player has all the information. Solving each call requires constant communication as instructions, translations, repairs, and customer responses move between the four stations.

One misunderstanding could damage the ship.

One incorrect repair could make the emergency worse.

One impatient alien could ask to speak with your supervisor.
